Big Dippers
If your kitchen has a big dipper, councils generally require that they be audited every six months.
We attend your premises, check that your big dipper is functioning as it should be, and provide a report with any recommendations required. The big dipper is serviced ensuring that it is kept in good working order.
Big dippers need to be serviced on a regular basis otherwise they could be susceptible to blocking and unpleasant odours. An overflowing big dipper in the lunch rush is something to be avoided at all costs.
